The Governing Board of the ALC actively manages the ALC in accordance with its objectives and represents the ALC. The ALC’s Board members consist of individual men and women who represent the ALC’s Ordinary Members and are drawn from the following:

• Lighting Manufacturers/Suppliers,
• National Association,
• Governments, and
• Independent Members.

The USAID-funded ECO-Asia Clean Development and Climate Program helped to establish the ALC and is currently serving as the ALC Secretariat.
